1. Launch the ScaleHub Offices app.
2. Click on the key at the bottom right of the screen.
3. Sign in if needed with your Salto KS account and allow Bluetooth. (Please contact your office manager to update the employee list or send an email to service@scalehub-offices.com, if you did not get an activation link from Salto KS.)

Open and close the office door with your key

1. As the Digital Key uses Bluetooth to communicate with the lock directly, you will have to be near the lock. Also, Bluetooth must be enabled on your device (and Location Services on Android). 

2. Once in front of the lock, tap the Key button in the bottom right corner of the screen.

3. The ScaleHub Offices app is transmitting the Key to the lock.
4. Tap the reader of the lock with your device (the left upper corner of your phone), and hold this for approximately +/- 10 sec (the wallet in your phone can also open, the app still sees the lock because of the NFC in the lock itself). This is needed to ‘wake up the lock to receive the Key. The lock will give a sound- and LED signal when access is provided (or denied). Now you can open the door.
