How to update your employee list at the ScaleHub Offices Portal.

If you add a new colleague give them automatic access to the ScaleHub Offices portal and also give and revoke Salto KS access. Follow the following steps.


  1. Sign in to the portal on your desktop, go to the left sidebar, and click "Account." At the top, you will see "Team Members." If everything is right, you are now on the page below.

  1. Click on ‘’Add Member’’ right upper corner, and fill in the details. Be aware there is a difference between ‘’Active’’ and ‘’Contact – Access to services is on hold’’ Contact is for the office manager / CEO. They can add and revoke members in the ScaleHub Offices portal.

  1. To revoke access or sign colleagues out of your company go to the page ‘’Team Members’’, go to the pencil behind the name and click on ‘’Former’’. Now the access is revoked.
