Manual Salto KS digital key - user

Sign or Log in on Salto KS

  1. Launch the mobile app on your device.
  2.  Enter your email address and your password to log in.

Open and close the office door with your digital key

1. As the Digital Key uses Bluetooth to communicate to the lock directly, you will have to be near the lock. Also, Bluetooth has to be enabled on your device (and Location Services for Android). 

2. Once in front of the lock, tap the Digital Key button in the bottom right corner of the screen.

  1. The SALTO KS app is transmitting the Digital Key to the lock.

  1. Tap the reader of the lock with your device (left upper corner of your phone), and hold this for approximately +/- 10 sec. This is needed to ‘wake up the lock to receive the Digital Key. The lock will give a sound- and LED signal when access is provided (or denied). Now you can open the door.
