How to order at the espresso bar on your company account

You can order your coffee on your company account in two simple ways, via

the application or the web portal.

Be aware, that only contact persons have this feather in the ScaleHub Offices app and portal.

Order coffee on the ScaleHub Offices application:

1. If you open the application, you are now on the dashboard. Below the screen, you see ‘’Show All’’ with three dots. Click on this. A pop-up menu with ‘’Marketplace.’’ Click on this, and you will see a screen with ‘’Reception Stitch.’’ This is our espresso bar, where you can select the products we sell at the reception.

To make it a bit handy we’ve created different categories to see the products more easily what you are looking for. In the upper screen, you can see the categories.

2. To order the product, click on the "+." A pop-up will appear for some products. For example, instead of an "Americano," you can choose a large as an extra option. With other coffees, you can add syrup instead and/or a large one. Here, you can also choose the milk you would like.

3. If you have all the products, click on the upper screen ‘’Cart’’. Here you see everything that is selected. Side note the prices are excluded from taxes, in the cart you see the amount with taxes included. Click on ‘’Checkout’’ do a final check and click on ‘’Place Order’’. The reception gets an email and will make it ready for you where you can pick it up at the reception downstairs.
