How can I book a meeting room?

Application for Booking a Meeting Room

You can easily book a meeting room via the Scalehub Offices application. You can download this application on your phone in the App Store. Please send an email to service@scalehub-offices.com, so we can send you a link to create the account for this application. After this, you can log in immediately and book a meeting room. You can easily create, update and cancel a booking via the application.

Monthly Credit in Euro's

You will receive an amount of credits per company per month which you can spend on the meeting rooms. One credit equals one euro. You can find an overview of credits usage by clicking on 'Credits' - 'Billing' in the menu. If you run out of credits, the prices below apply:

Meeting Rooms on the 1st Floor

The prices on the first floor only apply when the monthly limit of credits has been reached.

• Amsterdam - 4 people (C side) - € 20,- per hour (screen available)
• Utrecht - 4 people (C side) - € 20,- per hour (screen available)
• Rotterdam 4 people - (D0, behind the pantry) - € 10,- per hour (no screen available)

Meeting rooms on the ground floor

The meeting rooms on the ground floor are NOT included in this credit and are paid from the first moment.

• Cube 1 - 6 people - € 40,- per hour
• Cube 2 - 6 people - € 40,- per hour
• The Square 10 people - € 60,- per hour

Side Notes

• It is not possible to carry over unused credits until next month. Every first day of the new month, the total number of credits is reset to the original number.
• if you make little or no use of the meeting rooms, it does not mean that the monthly credit can be redeemed in any way.
