What is the key policy?

Keys, Tags and/or Access Cards

We provide office keys for every co-worker in your company. You are all responsible for the safekeeping of these keys and we register all keys belonging to your office space.

We also provide every co-worker with a tag to enter the building before and after opening hours, the tags are registered by company name/company.

Loss, Theft or Defect

In case of loss or defect, please contact service@scalehub-offices.com. We will provide you with a new key or tag/access card. The costs of a lost or broken key is € 25,00. A lost tag will cost € 25,00.

Extra Copies

Please note, that all keys are certified and marked with a serial code. You are not authorized to make copies of the keys yourself.

You can order extra copies by sending an e-mail to service@scalehub-offices.com. Please provide the serial code of the key which begins with PS-530016 - ... Please keep in mind, that it can take up to 2 weeks to have keys delivered by our supplier.
