How does the fire alarm work?

You will find smoke detectors in the entire building. They are all connected with each other. In case of fire or smoke, all smoke detectors will be activated immediately. The alarm - loud signal - will go off and only stops when the smoke is gone.

Protocol

So if the alarm goes off and does not stop:

• Leave the building immediately and collect your staff.
• Use the fire distinguisher if you can locate the fire right away.
• Call the fire brigade via telephone number 112.
