What is the cleaning policy?

Cleaning Service

Our cleaning partner is EW Facility Services. They clean common areas like the kitchen, hallway, toilets and shared meeting rooms every day outside office hours from 17:00.

The office units will be cleaned twice a week. Please make sure to empty your desk, so the cleaners can do their job properly.

Glass Cleaning

Twice a year the glass walls in your office will be washed (in spring and in fall). See below:

• April - glass walls and inside facade windows.
• October - glass walls.

You will receive a message with the exact date with the question to remove items from the glass walls and/or windows.
