How can I print a document?

Print Options

1. Via PC: Download Kuario on your computer (download button top left). Set up an account. If your ICT department requires verification for new software, please request permission. Once downloaded, you will be able to select Kuario under printing options. It requires you to log into your account the first time. You can top up by logging into your account online. 
2. Via the App: Download the app on your mobile device. Set up an account. You can top up within the app. You can log in to the printer by scanning the QR code in the app. Please make sure to always update the app. It is, otherwise, not possible to print.
3. Connect your tag: If you prefer using your tag (building tag or card) instead of your phone, it is possible to connect this with the printer. Tap the tag on the right side of the printer and scan the QR code on the screen with your phone (you will need the app to set this up). It is now connected and will serve as login. You can connect multiple tags to one account.

Using Kuario

PC: In the print pop-up select printer 'Kuario-XXX'.

App: Select any document from your phone.

• Black/white print A4: 5 cents.
• Black/white print A3: 10 cents.
• Color print A4: 10 cents.
• Color print A3: 15 cents.
• Scanning: free of charge.
